Iceheart is Estinien's first starting Pokemon, and from the word go she was helping him adjust to this weird new world. True to her name, she's been watching over him and tends to be very in tune with his emotions and moods. She's always out of her ball with him, and has a blue silk scarf with white flowers on it (not a Silk Scarf) that she wears.
