I have put myself to rest far before that would afflict me. I know well this body cannot sustain on my stubbornness alone. Thus when I forgo sleep, I rely upon the many aids mortals have created for such scenarios.

Those are not meant to replace sleep. You would be better served by taking the time to rest regularly. Tis a problem I oft saw with new recruits--driving themselves to exhaustion, to the detriment of their performance. I would have barred them from duty til they learned.
